Jakarta, February, 5th  2025 – Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya held a comparative study with PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) in order to deepen understanding and study best practices in procuring goods and services within the Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) of DKI Jakarta Province. This activity took place on Thursday, 09.30 WIB, at the Jakpro Group Office, Thamrin City Building.

This comparative study was attended by General Managers, Managers, Supervisors and Procurement Division Staff of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya. The participants were received directly by Rizal Zainudin Chaniago, Vice President Procurement of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), who also provided insight into procurement strategy and implementation at Jakpro.

In his speech, Rizal Zainudin Chaniago as Vice President of Procurement Division emphasized the importance of collaboration between BUMDs in strengthening a professional, transparent and efficient procurement system.

"We welcome this comparative study initiative as a form of synergy to share experiences and improve procurement capabilities within the BUMD environment. With good governance, the procurement process can be more efficient, accountable, and provide greater benefits for the people of Jakarta. In an effort to improve the performance and competitiveness of Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD), collaboration between BUMDs is very important to strengthen the procurement system for goods and services that is more professional, transparent, efficient, and complies with applicable regulations. This collaboration is expected to minimize the potential for fraud, speed up the procurement process, and create greater transparency better at every stage.

Through synergy between BUMDs, sharing of resources, knowledge and experience can be done to increase the capacity and quality of procurement of goods and services. With a joint commitment to comply with existing regulations, both at the central and regional levels, it is hoped that a procurement ecosystem can be created that not only prioritizes cost efficiency, but also supports sustainable regional development.
